Much better acclimated, I decided to venture further out to the predominant ridge easily visible from the parking lot. To get to this section is about a 45-60 minute hike from the parking lot at the summit of the pass. I have decided to forgo the pictures and have uploaded a video and will upload another video showing the skiable route down to a lower section of the highway.
The ridgeline ski: http://youtu.be/8qvjCNgkyFA
About a 20-30 minute hike from the upper parking allows you to ski continuously for about 1,000 vertical feet down to the highway. We decided to do a little detour over some moss and rocks. http://youtu.be/67hPichqaKk
