Mission ridge is a great change of environs! It reminds me alot of the eastern seirra. We saw only 3 gals, 3 dogs and 2 guys all day and had the smooth ski area corn pretty much as our private facillity. The view fom top of "the liberator" is spectacular with a 4 volcano view and an excellent perspective back to the Teananway and Mnt Stuart areas. There was about 3 inches of new proto corn on top of a firm corn base which was fast not grabby! Believe it or not, it stayed cool with a mercifull cool breeze and mercifull high clouds on the 2nd upclimb!

Sunday was great. I was skiing east of there in Stemilt Basin, beautiful corn. I came back through Bowl 4 and skied dry powder in the steep north facing part of the bowl.
