Snowing lightly most of the day, sun kept trying to burn through, occasionally warming the new powder.  Early birds got great fresh tracks up high with in and out visibility.  Lots of interesting (and somewhat challenging for the skinnier skis) 10' mashed potatoes snow.  Great costumes here and there, many sombreros and ponchos of course.  Pro patrol musicians started the base lodge party around 1PM.   Longest lift lines of the year for me, everyone in the spirit.   Happy Birthday to Snow Trooper Tim Tietjen!

Buzz (Michael P) flew in too late for the contest.  Major fogging trouble, too, but he buzzed all over the slopes.

Great to see you up there Silas.
We had a blast introducing David to his first Cinco de Mayo.
A fun little video
