Trees were dripping at 5400' in the fog at 10am.
Scrapped plans, didn't drop -
Skinning at 6:30am felt almost as mushy as when the rain (+snow) and mother sun left off on Friday. No evidence of freezing Friday night - counter to what was forecast. Circa 5" of new, heavy and compacted.
Retraced (skied) my up on the way down -
albeit in fog. Short sun break didn't last. Strong solar, little sun. Fun nonetheless.
Mush is good, good for snow creatures!
