Skied and camped out Ptarmigan Ridge. It was good. A tiny powder, some nice corn, and then (forgettable) rain on Sunday afternoon. There is less snow up there every time I ski. :-(

see the chute I skied (and we named)... http://students.washington.edu/kuharicm/baker/take_her_back.JPG

That IS a nice little chute heading out to Coleman Pin. We were thinking of trying it a few weeks ago but thought it would be sketchy coverage underneath the new snow. Did you guys hike straight up it or did you drop in from the top? Sweet!!!

This looks like a nice photo, but it is really big and blows out the formatting for the whole page (at least on my view). This is why the guidelines say maximum width of 600 pixels. Could you repost a smaller version, and then include a text link for the full-sized shot? That's a method that a lot of people seem to use and works well from a readibility point of view.

We skied around from the top. Actually, I didn't even know the chute was there! We started skiing down from the saddle between Coleman Pinnacle and the other prominent little peak (the one in the photo)... and then I said, I wonder what is through this little side exit... and I looked over to see that! :-)
