On Saturday I skied a not-often skied zone at Hurricane with GaryJan. The snow was holding up so well, I decided to return on Sunday with a local shredder. South side conditions reflected the high temps shown on telemetry, while conditions on shady, steeper north aspects were top-notch consistent, dry, stable powder.

Anticipation.

Satisfaction.

Testing the stability

If the skis are on it still counts.

The best run yields the worst picture.

Skinning out for the final time.

A wet and heavy run back to the car can't spoil the mood.

All pics taken w/ my iPhone because a better camera won't make me a better photog.
Bravo!

Nice work and pics! I wish I had chosen your route as it felt like an invasion where I was...too many TRs.

Skiing was great though despite the crowds!

Absolutely

For a smartphone those are some pretty good shots!

Thank you for the ambiguous route title.  We've been skiing in that area for over 20 years.  Its a good one.  Looks like stellar conditions.

Great day in the mountains with you Tyler, definitely one of the better ones this year.  :D

Somewhere between "Anticipation" and "Satisfaction" is "Sweet, Sweet Bliss".

Here's a shot of Tyler about to get some.

I like the captions & can FEEL the first pic  :)

Nice Tyler!  Makes me want to head back out there...

Great session guys!  Let me know next time you head over there.
