Hit the phantom early @ 6am with Rob and Tony + 2 well behaved dogs.  Was expecting a sun crust the whole way but conditions were superb.  Topped out around 5k and had wonderful turns down to the waterfall where I strategically stopped hoping to gain enough momentum to do a 2nd lap.  Not a difficult proposition to argue with so we did a 2nd lap.  3k or so of wonderful powder and a very friendly waterfall.  Skin track we followed looped left on the way up and provided a really easy route up albeit with way to many switchbacks!

Stability looked acceptable to us with right side up snow getting a little heavy at the waterfall.

Best conditions I've skied the phantom and I'm sure some folk will be doing the slot or even the middle fork, that would be awesome today.

Back to work now but man am I a happy little bunny now!
