Tombstone area picked up a foot or so of fresh snow with the storm Saturday night/Sunday morning.
I was concerned that the old layer would have frozen and created a slick surface for the new snow. It hadn't and it seemed like the new snow was bonding well.
I went up the south side of Iron. There was a crew headed for Cone, but I like the more direct climb to access the East side of Iron. It was wonderful. Thank you La Nina.

Indeed. Redtop was quite nice, too. Even got some sun near the summit.
Nice Joe! Sunday at the Pass was really nice too! Looking forward to touring with you again soon....
