Tuesday was so good, and I had chores Wednesday, so we went up today early hoping to get more powder skiing before the sun took charge. Same 5400'-4000' slopes, north facing was slightly settled 14" powder, still sluffing on steeper slopes, south facing was heavy but consistent sun moistened snow.
Great BBQ, slaw, and cornbread for lunch just east of Monroe, two yellow school busses near the Reptile Museum, if you see smoke that means they are cooking and serving! Thurs-Sunday 11AM until the meat is gone. "Retired" couple from Texas, good food, good prices.

Chores? I didn't think retired people had chores. I thought the only requirement was that y'all have a central meeting place in the morning for coffee.. 8)
