The current Search & Rescue effort at Paradise had over teams and 3 helicopters out yesterday and asked me to evaluate stability for team safety. Lots of scoured features above Pan Point with cross loading in Nisqually Chutes and similar terrain in the Alpine. A SS/NS D3 was observed at  approximately 8,200' on the Paradise Glacier, with a few human triggered soft slabs 6-8" down with limited propagation max 12'. The sun helped stabilize  the upper new snow and uncover a few clues to the whereabouts of the 4 missing hikers. Skiing improved in the afternoon when we descended back to the parking lot at 3-4 pm.
