Went in along the west side of Wolf Creek stay level and you'll be OK. All the new snow means plenty of coverage. Did 2 laps in the trees with a nice up track. Avoided the slot, thought it would be too sketchy. This is a popular spot but there's plenty of room. Will be back for sure. Had crappy camera so no good pics.
I have skied Mt Margret a couple of times over the years. I always went in on the road, up to where the summer trail starts, then skinned up the clearcut to the uncut trees, went up to the top of the ridge and skied the trees. What is the "slot" you mention on the west side of Wolfe creek? Thanks, Pete
