Feb. 15th + 16th Baker BC/Herman or...?
« on: 02/11/05, 01:00 PM »

Displaced Snoqualmie Pass splitboarder seeks partner(s) for Baker powder slashing. My schedule is wide open and I can and often do drop everything to head for the hills. Currently living in Bellingham, I can carpool or meet at the upper lot.

I should also add I have the experience, equipment and tempermant for "powdersniffing" as another TAY poster so humorously put it. I care less about what's attached to your feet as what's attached to your shoulders. Prefer turns over touring. Oh, and I can tell a good sea story.

Tomski, you're not Tom Szwedko from CO are you? That's the other poster here who goes by the name of TOMSKI (and that Tomski has skied more consecutive months then I've been alive!). I just wanted to clarify the names before anyone gets confused. :-)

Sorry for the thread drift.

 Hyakbc,

I can not make it tomorrow, but would certainly be interested in future trips.  My schedule is also pretty wide open (the next couple of weeks at least), I am living in Bellingham so a carpool could work nicely and I utilize a splitboard.  I am with you on the turns over touring.  I have limited sea stories and sea story telling ability, but I have a few noteworthy Alaska stories.  Feel free to shoot an email.
