Had to do it ,and a perfect day 4" to 6 " new and dry.Hiked Eleanor creek to Grand park in XC tour boots and had a really nice ski with peekaboo views of Fremont lookout and MT Rainier. FR 73 easily drivable. A few ELk tracks. It's always nice to go back to my roots.
Thanks for the post Robie, next best thing to actually being there with you in one of my favorite places!
