Yesterday 10/16, PNWBrit( banned) and I went up to Camp Muir. At about 9800 elevation, during the never ending final slog to Muir, I said to PNWBrit..... "we can turn around here if you want to.... I won't tell Amar, if you won't !!!" hahahah.

Although I don't contribute much to TAY and although I haven't tayed even once in my whole life I would like to defend Amar. I moved to the PNW a few years ago and Amar's website (and also TAY) have been valuable sources of information.
While everyone has to make their decisions based on the actual conditions encountered on the trip, erroneous information read in a TR may still cloud one's judgement. I fully agree with Amar that everyone should try their bestto put correct information on TAY (to the best of their knowledge).
