Seasons seem to begin and end at Paradise for me.  Finally strung together 12 consecutive months for the first time...and it is easy to do right now.  I would echo the quality of the Paradise Glacier right now.  20 minute hike to continuous snow, 2500 vf with one 20 foot carry, lots of purty flowers, cracks obvious. Here's a link to a video of our year, click 720p

TAY 2010/2011

Sweet.

Congratulations.

Congrats.

Now the pressure's on.

NICE VID!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really fun video.

Nice video and congratulations! I still have still never made it for the full 12. People at work are talking about how great it is that summer has finally arrived and I keep looking fwd to late oct. Hiking and climbing are great but it aint pow.

Doesn't count...with this kind of motivation you have to go 3x per month.

Congrats on a wonderful 12 months of sliding.

Very nice video.

Now you did it.
His next 12 Months will likely be solo... and not necessarily just solo skiing. ::)

HAHAHAHAHA.  I'm fairly certain there are more revealing photos to be shared.

Hmmm, how do you extract a still from youtube? (I have a MAC).

On a Mac, it's Shift,Apple,4. Then drag/expand to what you want to take a picture of. It then saves directly to the desktop. Sweet!!! I never knew...

Cool video!
Looking forward to another great year of TAY

Congratulations, I followed your Rogers pass reports with intrest, your video is great, a good year for TAY.

Warren Miller would be proud, great video.

And depending on the person, if they're that motivated, it may be 3x's/day!

Well, I'm always looking for touring partners...

where was that lookout tower?

Winchester - off the Mt. Baker Highway. It's a pretty sweet hut with tons of access right out the front door. We only spent one night there and I was pretty wiped so we ended up not skiing too much more. There's about 7 miles of road to slog through and then a short up to the hut. We went late spring so we only had about 5 miles of road. Larabee will be on the list next time around.
