Went up to Vesper yesterday and found continuous snow from near the summit, through the chutes and all the way to the outlet of the lake. Cups and runnels were at a minimum until just above the lake.

Nice, I went up the week before you. Both chutes were continuous then, although I went too far skiers left, and climbed down through some rocks before finishing down to the lake. It's a good workout, and a nice slope. I've got to hit it earlier next year to enjoy it more. Great pictures, Spresho.

I also plan on getting up there earlier next year because I'd rather ski, than hike, Wurtz Basin.

Just saw this, Scott. Looks like a fun day. We did Vesper back-to-back weekends in June and skied Wurtz Basin to where the trail cuts (skier's) right. Plan to make it an annual trip. We'll get you in the loop for next spring's trip.
Thanks for keeping me in mind Steve. I really like that tour, and would go any time.
