Got the itch to see what I could find and hiked out a couple of miles to a bowl just past the second Maiden. Plenty of good turns still to be had on this north facing bowl. Beautiful sunny day, a mix of corn, sun cups, and mush. Quite a few hikers out enjoying the day and my exhibition :)

Hey runcle, have you been up to Deer Park since your TR? Would Maiden Peak be a good spot in 3 weeks? I know it's a stretch, but it is the big-snow summer of 2011.... 8)
