MRNP - Sunrise road opening July 8th

I was surprised to see the opening of Sunrise is delayed until at least July 8th due to snow conditions.  There are photos of the snow at the following link - check the bottom photo - the bathrooms were still buried on June 9th:

I hope they get lucky and can open the road sooner!

Good news is that Chinook Pass will open June 23rd at 10am

Those NPS jerks are leaving it closed so they can get the goods before the taxpayer public! There can be no other reason.

If Gator were superintendent, he would never let this happen!
