We found nice 1-2" corn from the col at the top of the Hayden glacier all the way down to Soap Creek and even further as we tried to ski as much of the trail to Pole Creek trailhead as we could. Having GPS for the trail was handy on the way down, I think the easiest route could be tricky to find without it. Continuous snow after the first mile or so right now.
