Tired dogs are good dogs
Did a quick solo + 2 hounds trip up the north side of Catherine this morning. Skis were on from the FS road @ Innsbruck until the summit of Catherine. The conditions were a mix of newish snow way up top to moss, branches, and needles down below. Skiing was good with only minor soft sloughs and pinwheels going. You might have 1 or 2 weeks left before it is gone for the season.
Skied Blowdown at the way back and it was near epic for late May.
