Twin Lakes road is clear of snow for the first 2 miles as of 5/19.  Here there is a tree over the road that could be easily towed out of the way but the road is snow covered (2ft deep) about 50 yards beyond this point anyway. South aspects on the approach have all run thoroughly, many full-depth. Had planned to ski Larabee but partner was not feeling it.  Beautiful fiery sunset and big orange moonrise, had the lookout to ourselves.  Hard freeze overnight and corn o'clock came at about 9:30 am.

Great pictures. You wouldn't by chance have a larger size of that first photo? Would love to use it a desktop pictures. Thanks.
