Million Dollar Couloir
It's just a name, but it got me psyched to ski it, I kept hearing about it all the time.
On the North slopes running from below Cayoosh Peak. Also many cool ski lines
in this area.
We had some solar radiation this day on wet, new snow and point releases, especially from
hot rocks.Snow was manageable, but snow balling can be nerve wracking when you
are booting up the couloir.
We skied from the high point of ridge into the couloir.
Cayoosh North side
Mike skiing the upper slopes
Mike's stoked to finally ski on a real fat ski.
Skiers: Andy Traslin, Mike Traslin

Nice trip! Awesome pic of Cayoosh! I am assuming that it wasn't taken the day of your ski? How much snow at the salt shed? Need more sunny days!
Thanks for sharing!
I am not sure what you mean by salt shed, but we were able to ski right from the road with plenty of snow....

Oh, the highway shed at the road. I know the web cam is there, but it's hard to tell how much snowpack there is. Thanks for the info! Go Canucks!
