It is foggy, visibility is a few miles. There is a good enough snow cover the base. There is 6 to 10 inches fresh snow at the top and it is light. Official people at lodge have told us Mt. Hood Meadows will probably open next weekend. We’ve started party of 4 we’ve gained about 1000 feet and skied down. My binding cable was broken at the end of first run. Fix the binding with rope and duck tape I did a second run and skied out .
