Any chance on Alpental?  New to these parts and not familiar with how they usually roll out their openings.

Proably need another three feet of snow before Alpental can open.  West can open with 2-3 feet of snow-- Alpental needs 5-6 feet.

West this weekend, Central next weekend and I'd say Alpental/Hyak on Christmas weekend just in time for the holidays.

Presumably this means that the Crystal deal will end? Any knowledgeable insights?

Just peeked at both Crystal and Summit websites and no more mention of this. Was certainly on both Wednesday night. Fine $20 day at Crystal yesterday thanks to Boyne Management.

Time to get out tomorrow and do some trailbreaking--in safe terrain.

Looking forward to the next ski trip.
