There was an oil spill on the sea to sky highway.So plans to go further we're pulled.The plan changed to skiing Mt.Pattison. One of my favorites over the years.A 12 pm start would
work.
This would turn out to be a good LSD training day for the vertfest. Extending the descent all the way to the bottom of Trorey glacier. You get a heli ski run out of the day.Instead of traversing everywhere, which seems to be a popular thing on the Blackcomb backcountry.

I’ve never heard of this kind of training for skiing. (But it seems to be working.)
Is it legal in Canada?
