Spent many years skiing on Blackcomb.It's where I started to really get into
back country skiing.Decker mtn was kind of a stepping stone for pushing just a little further. Over the years the specific run has become one of my favorites to start the season off.
The great thing it usually involves only around a 15 minute hike.The skin track is set.You ski through the gate and put on your skins.Once you are at the top you get the views of the whole Spearhead range.Then the fun begins with a descent down a win droll that you can make turns on either side off that brings you fall line right down to Decker lake.
