Question on where to rent Randonee gear

Question on where to rent Randonee gear was created by RRandall
I am a telemarker who lives in Silverdale. I have a friend in Poulsbo with many years of downhill experience who wants to try wild snow. I am recommending he go with Randonee gear, so that he doesn't have relearn as much as he would on tele gear. It would be nice to rent some Randonee gear for him to get the feel of it, but I don't know if there are any shops who do that.

I think Marmot in Bellevue and or BackPackers Supply in Tacoma have the stuff you are looking for.

All good leads above, for the gear you seek.<br>One last thought... <br>Considering your location, should you hope to avoid extra trips around to pickup/return gear (assuming Rainier was a suitable ski choice) you could also hit the Summit Haus in Ashford<br>www.summithaus.com/rental.asp
and possibly get it all done in one long day.

Some of them may even credit the cost of up to 3 rentals towards the purchase of gear. I know Marmot used to do that.
