Laps at the Loup

Snowed 2 feet in Twisp last night.  Was able make it out of my driveway (barely).  East County Road and Hwy 20 were plowed, as well as the road to Loup Loup.  Skinned up to the summit three times.  The first run was simply too deep, chest high with poles going to the dirt.  Last two runs were in 20+ inches on top of the ski resort grooming (they are getting ready to open next friday).  They were lovely, buttery turns all the way down on top of corduroy.  Lots of locals out enjoying the day, smiles all around!
