Kendall Knob and Commonwealth Basin

Skied up Kendall Knob this morning. Boot-top or knee deep skinning most of the way made for slow going. We didn't notice any significant instability. Once we gained the knob, we followed the ridge North up to about 5000' and skied big trees on a NW slope bellow Kendall Peak. We did one more lap there before weaving through cliffs and heading down into Commonwealth basin to ski out. The skiing was okay: heavy snow and LOTS of craters from yesterdays tree bombs.
