Yes, Ben Kaufman and I skied that line 3 winters ago. We accessed it by 1st skiing the SE Chutes (which is a sweet steep 500' pitch); and then climbing up to the saddle on your left at the bottom of the 1st slope. In other words, don't take the dogleg out from the SE Chutes that puts you south of Pilchuck. There are some great views from a high point down to the lakes to the east. Hope to do it again sometime this winter....probably the most worthy ski on Pilchuck.

I agree that this is "probably the most worthy ski on Pilchuck", and the basin with the lake (heather lk?) in it to the East also looks to have some good skiing....Continuing past the dog-leg out of S.E. Chute is an option to add on more vert., but you have to skin back to the saddle to gain the slopes shown in the photo. There are even some short straight lines through the main diagonal cliff band/gully system to the right of the picture....
