We got up to Paradise for our 1st tour of this Season.  The conditions started out perfect, blue skies and not a puff of wind.  However, as we got about 2/3rds the way to Muir, the weather started to deteriorate.  Gusty winds, clouds rolling in, and the snow began falling.  So we decided to turn around.

The snow conditions on the snow field were good.  Around Pan Point it was very rocky, and we were not able to ski continously through.  Below Pan point the the snow was the best, however not steep enough grade to get really good turns in.

Below is a link to a vid I made of the day.  Enjoy

Nice report & Viddy.
Thanks.

Good to see the mountain with so much snow.
Just a small point..... "friends" edit out other" friends" falls before going public. ;) ;D

:) Everybody loves to see somebody wipe out in powder.  At least I do, makes me feel better about my own spills ;)

Great vid and nice editing. The falls were cool :>)
