I was up there yesterday (11/23) doing laps under Pacific Crest. Skiing was great with about a foot of new over a groomed base. Areas that weren't groomed had anywhere from 3-5 feet unconsolidated on top of the ground. Definitely enough snow to open up, with a little brush poking through here and there to make things interesting.

Stay on the previously groomed areas if you want to have any hope of reaching the bottom . . . but the snow quality is top notch.

I was hiking Hyak yesterday and as mentioned it was dry and deep. On the steeps I could ride down fine, but even some sections of the Hyak face would get you stuck unless you hit another track. Still, great fun. The snow quality is as good as it gets in WA.

Yeah Greg that's what I say too, but Karter and Shaun seem to make liars out of us in this vid below of Summit West's slack country and some good groomer action w/ Shomari Stone all on Turkey Day!

I know we all love the slopes the Summit provides us to get the early stoke going.
So here's a big THANKS to the Summit at Snoqualmie for all the good times!!!

*I cut out half of Karter and Shaun's footy for Shomari's on this TAY version of the edit.
Good stuff Shomari was a WILD man!
