Green Mt and Sauk Mt Rds Closed- Cascde Pass instead

Just letting folks know...
Kurt & I tried to do a tour of Green Mountain and then Sauk Mountain today. Due to winds and tree fall, Green Mountain closed road at 12 miles and Sauk Mountain road closed after less than a mile. We ended up doing a tour/hike up to Cascade pass trail head. Road was open until just before mile 20.
We hiked in to Mil 21 then put skins on. Lots of good snow started at the 21 mile mark. Skinned up the road to the TH. We then went another .25 mi up the trail toward Cascade Pass, but had to turn around as evening was approaching. Snow was beautiful, but not very fast down the gentle grade of the road. Oh well... good company and good views!
