Brushwacked up the lower sections -- ick. Noted some cross-loading on Southwest facing slopes that hiking trail traverses to the 6100ft ridgeline. Skiied some laps on slope directly north from pt 6479. Top of shin fluff over firm base - skiied great :) Ski cuts at top showed no movement and very little cohesion. Very minor surface sluffing while sking. Skiied hiking trail out from 5800ft back to base to avoid brush. :\

Randy, hit the same spot today. It was great. Saw your tracks surprised that they had not been totally covered with new. I had the impression it had snowed more. By the time I reached the top it began to dump.
