I'm looking for a used Alpine set-up for this coming season. I'd like an alpine ski-binding-boot that will be groomer friendly enough to take my PSIA techniques exam, but also wide enough to have fun off-piste. I don't need to go super fast, just off road. Any ideas on what brand/model (ski, binding, boot) from a previous seasons that might be a good match? Any ideas on where to find this set-up used? I'm pretty ignorant on ski gear specs, so any helpful pointers or suggestions are welcome.
Also, I'm looking for a back country ski. I enjoyed demoing the K2 Hardsides last year with dynafit bindings. Any thoughts on these bindings and this ski? Thanks!
