9/25/10, Camp Muir in sunshine & some new snow! « on: 10/09/10, 08:21 AM » Started off to Muir on this crystalline, sparkly sunny morning.  Met up with another member who lent me his skins, as I forgot mine.  What a lifesaver!  It was a good 'skin' up and excellent on the way down with some new snow that had fallen, I would guess, the week before.  Even the gritty exposed stuff was very skiable.  Any day on snow is a good day.
