My friend craig had to get his September day in.. and it was down to the final day. We drove up to Joffre Lakes parking lot last night and started the ~9km hike up early this morning. Tszil is the right-most snow you can see in the first picture. We were the only ones around, surprisingly, especially since it was supposed to get up to 26 C today!
We were blessed with some gorgeous on the way down as well.
fun day.. back to ontario now for thanksgiving, and hoping that by the time I'm back the mountains will be sprinkled with lovely powder :)

Thanks for the report! Love this area. The colour of the lakes up there is amazing.
