Skiing on Glacier Peak!  It sure is a long walk ;-)

I thought I'd post this on TAY too.  Next time I need a sicker fall line.

Thanks for the report.  I'm thinking of trying this trip the weekend of the 24th.  What was snowpack like once it became skiable?  Any thoughts on what another 10 days of summer will do to skiability.

The snow was great in the mornings.  As the days temperatures built up the snow would get mushy.  Not really sloppy, but it was harder to hold an edge on a traverse in the afternoons.  I considered moving camp to White Pass after climbing Glacier, but I'm glad I waited till the next morning.
