May 13/10 Joffre Peak-Aussie Couloir

I was attemping to do a link-up of some of the peaks in the Joffre group, but I was having a bad day and barley made it up the Anniversary glacier in the heat.Rested at the col then made the boot pack up the Aussie Couloir, I did it around 10 years ago.I forgot how fun of a snow climb this is, straithforward 45 degree boot pack. The descent was even better and excellent corn down the Anniversay glacier but getting isothermic near the bottom.

Nice!!  I have wanted to get up there for some time but cannot seem to find folks to motivate up north.  Looks like a solo trip is in order here soon.  Thanks for the TR!!   Cool
