Tobae and I went to Rock Mt instead of the HWY 20 opening for some reason. Hike from 2700 to 4700 or so for skinnable snow. Went to the top, skied down to the lake almost as this was nice and soft. Up again and down a long W line towards Snowy creek. This was very nice and a good fall line for about 2,000. To the top again and out for a nice day. Tics out in full force at the trailhead. Had to kill 4 in the car on Monday morning. Hopefully they did not find any cracks to hide in.
