Bluebird day (hot) with nice snow, a couple of inches of proto-corn on top of crust; on the way up we saw there had been a moderate slide with a good pile of snow in the Couloir above Nisqually Chute, later we saw Nisqually Chute itself had just had a shallow slide, then we saw in real time a big avalanche on the Nisqually Glacier
