Great day of curtains of over the head shots with nothing moving on the north - but a party on the ESE face of Mt Herman triggered a massive slide midday on the sun-warmed slopes - the 3-5 foot crown propagated about 100 yards and ran about 600+ feet on the old crust - the entire storm cycle's snowpack.  Very lucky they weren't killed or seriously hurt.  Exactly the thing NWAC warned about.

Wow, impressive picture of Bagley! There was definitely a crust on many aspects under all that storm snow. I think I see a crown on the N face of Table as well...

Found a picture of the Table slide. While I may have skied the line that those people are skinning up yesterday, I wouldn't have skinned up it in warming temps., people dropping in from above, and big slab releases all around!!!

Man... sobering.  Thanks for putting up the pictures.
