Drove to within .2mi of trailhead, 4" fresh snow in the open, less in the trees, was enough to ski up all the way.  4-8" soft powder on a smooth firm base on northfacing slopes 7000'-4500'. Lots of lines left, only a dozen skiers today. The ski out was pretty good too, some ski removal required.
Awesome. Appreciate the current road beta!

cool! i'm going up there today and into tomorrow -  did you see or talk to anyone who went to the summit?
if so, what time did they leave from their car? i'm trying to get an idea of what time to leave the car to make a successful car to summit to car trip.
let me know if ya can.
Thanks!!

Silas and I finally shared a slope!!! (I was the orange dot on the coleman). Beautiful day!
