Firm n' icy on the XC trail system, Ollalie meadows so hard my skis with skins barely left a visible track. The main north basin was just coming out of the shade and I did a very brief boot up one step. Great views and trees with a thousand pounds of snow on 'em up on the knoll. The ski down was :much: better than I expected: the crust was supportive, never broke; so while it was not dust on crust, just crust, it was still fine. Ditto for Ollalie; a good match for lightweight skis. Should be good tomorrow if the weather is similar. Coverage on Silver Fir was atrocious.
