Railroad Peak sits on the South side of Railroad Pass, opposite of Grouty Peak. We would of liked to ski the Train Gl. under Locomotive/Caboose/Tender, but opted for Railroad when Sylvie stuck a sled in a tree and lost all desire to sled anymore. Ah, the toils of sled skiing!! The North facing terrain was somehow spared from the inversion in terms of snow quality, although a large surface of hoar frost had formed. The skiing in boot top cold powder made that unique tinkling sound, only heard when skiing through thick hoar frost.

Doc survived...Just had to clean him up a bit. Hope your having fun Stacy!
Looks like a nice area.How long would it take to ski tour in there.
Atraslin. As long as it would take to skin 25km. From what I've seen, might take YOU an hour?!!
