Great day, blue skies, no wind, t-shirt weather. 1 inch unconsolidated day old snow on very firm base. Beautiful ski conditions at Cowlitz Rocks on SSW facing slopes, noon to 3 PM. Untracked. Cornices on slopes above skiers left on the way up had let go a lot of debris with more to come. Came down via Mazama Ridge to plowed but blocked-off road. It was getting grabby on those slopes, but still skiable.
