No ski report??
Surprised there were 10,000 skiers there Sunday! The upper lot was full! Well maybe a slight exaggeration on the skier numbers, but there were skiers and splitters everywhere.
All with big smiles on their faces.
I saw many people who I know, got to ski with Kyle Miller, Sag, Jimjar, and Stugie for once, had a great time with them.
West face (shots) was the best run of the day for me.
Really low cover, hooked a submerged tree above Snakepit and had to wrestle upside-down in concrete to get my Dynafit binding to release.
Front side got sun effected and needs a fresh loading again.
Green valley bowl probably got tracked out by the end of the day from the endless stream up upclimbers, when I was going home.
Unless it snows something, don't expect freshies in the area for Weds opening.

It was great sharing the skin track with both of you. Its so funny we have seen each other sooo many times on the mountain yet this was the first time taking turns with you Joe (resort wise). Anyways I look forward to sharing many more powder days with you and anyone else who has a powder addiction.

Yet another version of the day can be found here
