Met Larry R. at his camp at 3800 feet, leaving Salmon La Sac at 6:00AM. Ascended with him to the summit on good frozen snow. Took about 1000 vertical feet of turns off the expansive east slopes. Great Potential here. Good sun warmed corn. Wanted to go to the valley bottom but am personally usually maxed out at about 5000 vert of ascending. Climbed back out. And we had a pleasant return following the sun warming the south glades (below the summer trail) and then the big west facing clearcut (front side).
