A quick trip and conditions report. Drove to Schreiber Mead. trailhead Sat night and got in about 9 pm. Slept in truck until 430 am and left by 5 am. Truck was only about 200 ft from snow where we started skinning. Just past restrooms took road hard right which made a couple of zigzags and entered a snow covered creek. Headed up creek then straight up ridge to north. At treelike the snow undulates a bit, but if you watch for a good route you can consistently gain altitude. We never removed our skins or skis from the car to the summit. Crevasses present are easily visible and easy to avoid. Conditions were hard enough that roping up wasn't necessary in my opinion.  Reached top of Roman Wall by 1115 and waited there a bit. Visibility was poor but occasionally fair. Skinned over to summit at 1200.  Stayed on summit to eat for about 30 min. then packed up and headed down. The wall was good corn by then and things gradually got softer as we headed down. Stayed skiable and enjoyable the whole way. Returned to truck  by 330 pm. All in all a nice day trip with good coverage and conditions.  This route is very direct and is almost straight north up the mountain from the parking area.
Thanks for the report.  I'll probably be looking to do a one day push up that route this weekend.
