I suppose it might have been good if we started early, but a friend was driving through Seattle and wanted to go on a little "jaunt" when he arrived here around 9am.
We descended the sw ridge, then through the trees. Some corn, some wet fresh snow on top, a little ice, a lot of slush lower down. South side was really sloppy I think. Saw a few other skiers and boarders and a number of snowshoers (flotation not really needed, there is a good boot pack, we just carried our skis to the top).
